Since 1945 we have seen how business gifts and promotional products with print can help companies strengthen their brands in the eyes of customers and employees. We truly understand the power of giving and advise our customers to take advantage of this. After so many years in business, we want to put a special focus on not simply giving something 'away', but rather on giving something 'back'. Specifically, we are putting an increased emphasis on our corporate social responsibility and helping the environment. We do not know exactly what the future holds, but we know that it is going to be exciting and that we would like you to be a part of it.
Where it all started 75 years ago
IGO Promo is an international company operating in 13 European markets specializing in promotional products with a 75-year old industry background. But, how did IGO Promo go from being a small, local player to an international business?The founder, Martien Jonkers, was one of the first to start a company in the Netherlands in 1945, and he focused on pens with prints for advertising purposes. He did this under the name 'Jonkers Handelsonderneming'. This turned out to be a huge success! In 1961 he changed the name of the company to 'International Gift Organization' (IGO). This laid the foundation for our current services: Promotional gifts with print.
From IGO-POST to IGO Promo
After many successful years as IGO, the company name changed again, this time to IGO-POST in 1988. This is probably a name most of you recognize and know us as. The name-change happened on the backbone of us starting to deliver orders via postal parcels. In the coming years, IGO-POST grew into an international e-commerce company. Alas, in 2017 it was time to rebrand into something more encapsulating of how we see ourselves, and how our customers describe us. The result was our current name: IGO Promo, a name more fitting for a company in our times. Our identity has undergone a serious overhaul, but we're still the strong and service-minded company that Martien Jonkers wanted us to be when he laid the foundation back in 1945.One mission for 75 years

One Overarching Goal: Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate social responsibility is incredibly important to us. Our industry is typically associated with mindlessly throwing plastic giveaways around, but this could not be further from the truth. We are always seeking to expand our sustainable range of products, and allow very low minimum order quantities, all to help reduce waste and put quality over quantity. We also work with One Tree Planted and donate part of our revenue each month towards planting trees – we are proud of this, and could not do it without you. Lastly, we work together with Senzer a company supporting people facing difficulties integrating into the job market for a variety of personal reasons. We give them a place to find meaningful work and expand themselves through our core values: informal, easy, supportive, personal, and quality.To celebrate our 75th anniversary, we are giving you a discount of up to 75% on at least 75 products for 75 days!
