In our catalogues, brochures and on our website you will find a short item description and relevant product information for each product. Also the prices are listed per item. For custom made items, embroidery or special prices, please contact us.
Method of ordering
With or without printing, it's really easy to order your gifts by email, internet or telephone.
Digital submission of your artwork
If you are placing an order including the imprint of your company logo, a text or picture, we prefer to receive a digital file created within either illustrator.eps or illustrator.ai. However, if this is not possible then of course we will find a solution together.
You can submit your order with your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org or directly to your account manager. If this is not possible, please contact us.
What is graphically acceptable?
• digital file
• sharp black and white example
• professionally printed letterhead (not a copy or a sticker) with your logo and/or special typeface (without shading)
Colours and letter types
For order with text only, please select a standard letter type by stating the corresponding letter from the letter type table in the order process. Please also select your desired print colour. If you choose a colour other than standard, please provide your preferred PMS colour (for a digital standard, go to www.igopost.co.uk/pms) and we will match this colour as closely as possible. If you don't specify a desired letter type or colour we will make an appropriate selection for you. We will always print your text/logo in the best possible location and size.
You'll receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please check your order confirmation thoroughly and contact us immediately if you see any mistakes.
What are set up fees?
These are the costs involved for typesetting, making the printing plates and adjusting the presses. Imprint and set up fees are charged per colour and per imprint location for each product, unless otherwise stated.
For each product, the minimum order quantity is the lowest quantity state in the relevant price table.
Terms and conditions of delivery
We will be happy to send you our general terms and conditions of sale and delivery or you can read them here. Stated prices include packaging, but exclude VAT and shipping costs. Standard payment terms are within 30 days. We cannot accept any responsibility for any possible model and price changes, deviations in colour, apparent misprints and legal levies.
Over-delivery or shortfall
Despite our careful processes it may occur that we over- deliver or make a shortfall. This is always limited to 4%.
All delivery times are dependent upon print proof approval and the shipping time from our European distribution centre. The average shipping time for standard packages is 1-2 working days and pallets 3-4 working days. Orders without imprint and sample requests placed before 12.00 pm will be shipped the same day.

The shipping costs are based on the volume and weight of the shipment. If you would like to have an indication of the shipping charges, please feel free to ask for a quotation.
