Check the print proof of your chosen item thoroughly
You have chosen a product(s) and sent or uploaded a logo, text or image. The order is placed and received by our sales team. Within 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation.

At IGO we understand the importance of allowing you to view your text/logo on your chosen product(s) before printing commences. Therefore, we will create a free digital print proof for you to request amendments or approve before we begin.

Digital print proof by email
You will receive an email with a link. Click on the link and you will see a digital print proof. This print proof is a PDF document that shows the business gift or promotional item with your imprint. It is very important for you to check this thoroughly. If you want to save this document, you can print it or save it.

We ask you to thoroughly check the print proof:
• text
• font
• font size
• imprint colours

Do you approve the print proof?
Have you checked the document thoroughly and do you approve the proof for production? Then click -approve. We will then send you a order confirmation and schedule your order for production.

Print proof not approved?
Do you have remarks? Enter your comment/amendments in the field. Then click -not approved. We will process the requested amendments and you will receive a new print proof. We will contact you if the requested amendments are not possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When the print proof is not approved, a new PDF will be created. This delay may affect the expected delivery date. Check the shipment date on the order confirmation that you receive following the approval of the new print proof. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Attention: the colours on the digital print proof are not binding.
The colours displayed on a monitor or on printed paper are not binding. Slight deviations from the colour values are possible. By contrast, all items that are printed in full colour are as close as possible to the specified colour values. No rights can be derived.
