Digital submission of your artwork

If you are placing an order including the imprint of your company logo, a text or picture, we prefer to receive a digital file created within either illustrator.eps or illustrator.ai. However, if this is not possible then of course we will find a solution together.

You can submit your order with your artwork to [email protected] or directly to your account manager. If this is not possible, please contact us.

What is graphically acceptable?
• digital file
• sharp black and white example
• professionally printed letterhead (not a copy or a sticker) with your logo and/or special typeface (without shading)

Colours and letter types
For order with text only, please select a standard letter type by stating the corresponding letter from the letter type table in the order process. Please also select your desired print colour. If you choose a colour other than standard, please provide your preferred PMS colour and we will match this colour as closely as possible. If you don't specify a desired letter type or colour we will make an appropriate selection for you. We will always print your text/logo in the best possible location and size.
