Ordering

Ordering With or without printing, it is really easy to order your promotional items from us online or by email. No matter how you choose to place an order, you can always rely on one thing: We will confirm every order in writing. For printed articles you will always receive a print proof before we start the production. This means you can still change or even cancel your order before you approve the print proof. It is not possible to make any adjustments to the print or order details after approval of the digital print proof. Please note: All prices are excl. VAT, freight and local taxes. We take precautions for products out of stock and possible print errors.

Sample requests

Before purchasing a product you have the possibility to request a sample through the website which will be delivered within a few business days. The sample is free, as long as the order total does not exceed £5, or if you place a full order on the product within 14 days. Sample orders over £5 are charged per article, without any sending costs. Please note! Samples are not free for private consumers. Repeated sample orders are considered as one big sample order and will, if necessary, be invoiced. We reserve our right to reject customers acting in bad faith by taking advantage of our free samples. Samples cannot be returned.

Delivery

The delivery times on the website are clearly displayed. However, please make sure to read the confirmation of your order carefully when receiving it by email. Please be aware that delivery dates are expected rather than guaranteed. Delivery times are liable to change due to several reasons, i.e. the time calculated includes an immediate approval of the digital print proof. All changes of the initial online order might have influence on the delivery date. Shipping costs are free for orders from £500,- and above excl. VAT. Shipping for orders under this amount costs £14.95.

Convenient payment

IGO offers different payment options within 14 days without deduction. Next to post payment, which is only available for business customers after a positive credit assessment, you have the possibility of paying via Credit card and PayPal.

Not fully satisfied?

We do our absolute best to accommodate the wants and needs of our customers. If the items or the imprint on them do not meet your expectations, we will work with you to find the best possible solution and, if necessary, take care of collection and new production. Please refrain from returning items to us without first talking to us. Please note that samples can not be returned. To ensure we handle a complaint efficiently, we will request visual documentation together with a brief description of the situation sent via email.
