I've found them to be helpful and patient with my inexperience, not being too savvy with graphics and not knowing the vocabulary! They gave guidance before going to print, such as how the print would appear when in a different orientation, so I was able to catch an error before printing something expensive. As the samples do not arrive with a logo on I wanted to be clear about the positioning of the logo and received a quick response. 1. What does wind proof and storm proof mean for corporate umbrellas?

The canopy of the umbrella is reinforced, but thus a bit flexible, maybe the umbrella can even revert, but will not be damaged by that. Storm proof umbrellas are usually additionally made out of fiberglass that a striking lightning would not conduct to the user of the umbrellas.

2. What means automatic or manual opening and closing of a branded umbrella?

We have different umbrellas that have different ways of opening up or closing. Some are both automatic or both manual, but there are also automatic opening and manually closing ones or the other way round. Automatic means you push a button and the opening respectively closing happens automatically. Whereas the manual way ofc means you do it manually. Every custom umbrella can be different.

3. Can I chose the segment of the custom umbrella, I want to print on?

We have designated segments that we can print on umbrellas. If you find it hard to figure out which segment(s) to print on, we will happily help you to figure it out.

4. Can I get my personalized umbrella with a picture?

For some this is ofc possible. To print pictures or logos with gradient colors, you can chose the Full Color imprint. You can easily filter all umbrellas with this imprint possibility via the left hand filter in the overview.

5. What is a golf umbrella?

As the name kind of suggests, this type of custom umbrella is especially designed for golfers. The golf umbrellas are usually a bit wider than others, so the golfer cannot only cover himself but also his golf bag from rain and other bad weather.Read more Show less
