We buy directly from the manufacturer itself and all items are thoroughly inspected by our packaging department. After the items are printed, they will be made ready for shipment by the packaging department, once again the items will be inspected thoroughly. 

As the regulations and legislations around our items are becoming more stringent, IGO follows these developments closely and ensures that items comply with all current laws and regulations. 

Sharp prices; direct purchase and our own print shop 
IGO purchases directly from the manufacturer to ensure we have the best prices for you. Besides that we print almost all of our items in our own printing shop within our head office in Helmond, The Netherlands. Therefore we offer a low price but we also guarantee a great quality.

Satisfaction guaranteed: Not satisfied = new delivery 
Your order will be handled with the utmost care. If you still are not satisfied with the final result, please contact us. In consultation with you we will look for a suitable solution. Fast delivery 
From our large warehouse in Helmond we deliver promptly and in time for each occasion. The standard production time is mentioned per item and begins as soon as the print proof has been approved. Do you need your items faster? Contact us or select an item from our Express Service range. 

Items without imprint and sample requests will be shipped the same day, if ordered before 12:00 pm.

Because of our international activities we can we buy in bulk and we use this to the benefit of our customers.
