01 Nov 2019 Good choice of products Good choice of products, able to see with logo online to get idea of how the finished product will look before ordering. Once the products have been ordered, proofs are sent, and once accepted the order is processed. Lead times are product dependant, but good communication on order progress throughout. The only issue we have had is that we have had to chase for credit rather than this being automatically applied (hence 4 stars and not 5). Apart from that, great service. Angela Janaway
